Movie Tickets & Food once purchased cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, cancelled or refunded.

Reserved/Booked Ticket(s) get cancelled 45 minutes prior to the show.
Reserved/Booked Tickets shall be collected before the cancellation, from the Box Office or Online via our Payment partners.

In order to collect reserved/booked tickets from the Box Office, users must be able to present Booking Code or Mobile Number for verification.

Children above 3 ft. requires a separate ticket.

Movie Tickets purchased for a particular cinemas’ location are valid only for that cinemas’ location.

The 3D glasses provided for 3D films must be returned before you exit the auditorium.

Loss or Damage of 3D Glasses are liable to fine as per individual cinemas’ policies.

Audiences below the age of 16 years cannot be admitted for 'A' certified movies. Audiences need to carry a valid proof of age for 'A' certified movies.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinemas’ premise.

Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by iNi Cinemas Management.

Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.

In case the ticket purchased is lost or misplaced, copy of the original ticket will be issued after verifying the customer, only if the customer is aware of their show time and the seats number.

iNi Cinemas will not be responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings.

Unauthorized filming of movies is strictly prohibited inside the Auditoriums.

iNi Cinemas’ Management decision(s) shall be final and binding.
